Is it easy to start using Align?

Yes! Go to the How-to page found in the menu here for instructions on how to setup the application.

How do I make sure I always get the latest updates?

Everything is automatic and you do not have to think about a thing! Since Align is i progressive web application, you will get all the latest feature as soon as we deploy them, no installation needed.

Do you store personal data?

The only personal data we store is your email and chosen/editable nickname. No other personal information is stored.

I often only spend half the day at the office and the other half at home, how can I show this?

By pressing and holding a box in your week, you can split the day in two halfs and align them separately. In this way you can be clear with your colleagues on where you will spend your workday.

How do I add my colleagues to my Align team?

You do this by copying and sending the invite link for your team, which they then can use to join. Check out the "Invite team members" walk-through on the How-to page found from the menu here.

I'm having trouble seeing the difference between the box colors in the app - can I do something about this?

There is an accessibility feature called "Box textures" that you can enable in the app, you can find the toggle in settings. This makes it really easy to distinguish between the colors for the statuses "office", "remote" and "not decided".

Can I get a notification when a team member align for the upcoming week?

Notifications are not yet supported, but will be in the near future together with a lot of other fancy functionality! We are continuously adding to the experience.

How do I create a new team, and how many teams can I create?

Check out the "Create team" walk-through on the How-to page found from the menu here. You can create as many teams as you like.

My team is quite big and I'm mainly interested in a few of my colleagues aligned week. Can i prioritise them in some way?

Yes you can! For every team member you can pin the ones you want to be shown in the top of the list. This is done by clicking the pin icon next to your teammates' name.

I have a suggestion for a feature my team would benefit from. Can I ask for it to get implemented?

Yes, of course! We very much appreciate feature requests. Please send your suggestion in the "Leave feedback" form found from the menu.
